This policy explains how the personal data of people who use this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built using this data. The form fields are mandatory so that a reply can be given; if they are not completed, the enquiry cannot be dealt with.
Recipients and data processors
The data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. The following have access to it, solely to provide their service:
- HostMach (web hosting and email): stores the website, the database and the email on servers located in Brazil, so there is an international transfer of data to a country outside the European Economic Area. The appropriate safeguards provided for in art. 46 of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, apply where relevant.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics): only if analytics cookies are accepted. This may involve transfers to the US covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.
- Vimeo, Inc. (videos): only when a video is played and third-party cookies have been accepted.
Rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction of processing of, and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@netunojordache.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your request has not been properly dealt with, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Security and minors
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the data is restricted to the owner. The website is not aimed at children under 14.

This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date of last update.
